Basic MLS Posting – Seller’s Contact info listed on MLS
Your property is listed on the MLS for a flat $995 fee, with your contact info. The property will also be listed on our upcoming “For Sale By Owner page” You manage inquiries and negotiations. Sellers may elect to use our Transaction Broker Services in conjunction with this option once a buyer is identified.
MLS Posting – List4less Real Estate Agent Contact Info Listed on MLS
Same as our basic MLS posting service, but for $1,495, we will display one of our List4less agent’s contact information on MLS, instead of the seller’s. We will screens calls and forwards qualified buyers to the seller. No agent representation, but we make sure only buyers who qualify for your home contacts you. Sellers may elect to use our Transaction Broker Services in conjunction with this option, once a buyer is identified.
Transaction Broker Service
For $2,995, we provide buyers and sellers with contract forms, disclosures, assist setting up title and escrow, write the agreement according to the instructions of the parties to the transaction ensure compliance with all state laws. We act as a neutral 3rd party transaction broker, and do not represent either party. This service can be purchased in conjunction with the basic and agent contact MLS packages we offer.
