From a full service listing, where sellers only pay 4% of the sales price in total commissions, including a cooperating buyer’s agent commission, to a “For sale by owner”, where for $995, a seller can upload their listing and photos to our platform, and we in turn will upload the listing to the local Multiple Listing Service, where it gets published to all the syndicated websites, such as Zillow, Realtor.com and Homes.com, we work with our clients to deliver the services they need at a cost that fits their budgets. Our agents are highly trained and screened to ensure their belief aligns with ours, to ensure their commitment to exceeding our clients’ expectations.
